Picked up this Perfume bottle - Cahn and Co Inc, New York, at a gsale yesterday. I set it aside with other Items to complete my search. I was not for sure if I really wanted it but kept in my pile till I was done. While looking for other stuff, people would come up to me ask to look at the perfume bottle. No problem but then one lady said out loud so the seller could hear, that is worth a lot more than your paying for it. So when I asked the seller how much for my pile (I try to buy in bulk, not single items), she hesitated looking at the perfume bottle and said well......... since the perfume bottle has the stopper which is hard to find these days (ok here it comes), I need $6 for the pile. Pile included old AC sediment bowl with 1958 sales receipt, speedometer cable, C1707 Stancor filter choke, and the Perfume bottle. So average price for each was $1.50. The Filter Choke is on ebay with a bid of $10.00. The Perfume bottle has 4 people watching so far.
