Do you think it it is russian? The seller said it was either Tamar of Georgia or Princess Anna. But they didnt know anything about it. I googled both the names and I am pretty sure it is neither of the 2.

The 2p50k on the back side apparently means 2 Rubles and 50 Kopeks. (Information found from another piece on-line that is brass, and decidedly Russian).

1. Are there little tiny loops, or hooks at the top corners, as if it held a chain or hung like a picture? It looks like it from the picture.

2. Is there any chance you can get a clear photo of the maker's mark, next to the 2p50k?
