I can't find RTC for a hallmark anywhere. I found one old auction from the UK with the same exact hallmark, but no identification of who the hallmark is.

It is listed on page 237 of Billie Hougart's "Little Book Of Mexican Silver Trade And Hallmarks." As far as Taxco, no mention of a particular city, just the style of the mark used.
