It's Mark Scheffield England it's obviously a bread knife. I paid $40 for a bunch of stuff in an estate sale. But I cannot find another knife like this and I cannot read it as well.

It's a Hebrew Challah Knife. the inscription is probably the Blessing of the Bread.

Definitely not for circumcisions. Second that it is a bread knife.

Yep,looks like special holidays/Shabbat knives with "a motzi lehem" bread blessing on the first, and "For Shabbat and Yom Tov" on the second.
