Maybe Benedict Mfg Syracuse NY :dontknow: The piece you have looks better then the average sterling. Having a gold wash inside and made with a heaver gauge sterling is always nice to see. I'd say it's at least worth full spot scrap value.

57 is the pattern number. The "9" from the 25/1000 has been worn off, it would have read 925/1000. The bee mark is unidentified as far as I know. Some people have referred to it as an Adelphi mark, but I can find no evidence of that. They use a bee hive as far as I know.
