Help identifying an item

First post but longtime reader.

I purchased this some time ago just because I thought it was interesting. I'm hoping someone can tell me what it is and who made it? There is, I believe, a made in Poland mark on the back as well as the letter "b" with arrows on either side. image.jpg image.jpg

I'm thinking souvenir spoon rack. Are you sure it says Poland? Could be Finland, England, etc. hard to make out those first letters via your photo. Looks like 8 stamped in a hexagon. Don't know if that helps at all. Is it tin? Pewter? ?

Just doing a bit of tidying up on some older threads, mainly for the benefit of anyone searching the site for information.

Definitely a spoon rack. Here’s another, with a close-up of the mark, which is “Made in Holland”.
