While I was having my yard sale Saturday my neighbor put some free stuff out. I ended up with a watercolor and beautiful oil painting and this box. He said it was his grandfathers. It was strange he would give it away but he is moving and downsizing . Anyone have any ideas on the makers Mark?

Here are photos of the paintings. The tropical scene is signed Stevens and was bought in Key West by the owner's parents. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1447736142.901756.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1447736155.438003.jpg
