Gold, silver & wood from last couple of weeks!

Haven't posted my finds in a while so here are some things from the last couple of weeks.

*Sterling Chicago spoon -$10.00
*Early coin silver mustard spoon -$10.00
*Large sterling berry spoon - $27.00 (apro. 2.6 ozt)
*Beautiful coin silver butter knife-$17.00 ( a first for my collection!)
*sterling candle sniffer -$1.00
* sterling handle file -$1.00
* small spoon ( turned out plated, weird Gorham mark)-$1.00
*junk sterling earrings and necklace-$2.00
*sterling double band heavy bracelet-free from the dump!!
*14 k gold butterfly brooch-2.00 (4.4g)
*early dressing table mirror ( without mirror frame) circa 1760's-1790 -$20.00. Great hand done dove tail joints in drawer and back.
* vintage 1970's Carlos acoustic guitar -$3.00. Just needs new pick guard and strings. No big deal.

I guess that's it! Hope you all have great finds and great times this holiday weekend. [emoji631]

That engraved coin silver knife is a beauty! Is it maker marked?

It's one of my favorite finds in a while. It is marked: " Palmer, Bachelder & Co." " Coin". It's made by Jacob Peabody Palmer around 1865 in Boston Ma. It's also engraved with the owners name on the other side: "Curtis Nichols". It might be the one who founded the Emancipator & Free Soil Press. Not sure but the timeline is there. I'll try to put up a picture of the other side later tonight.

Here's the picture of the back side of the butter knife.
