I found a cup and plate, both are marked 13 1/4 which is .828 silver. It also has a mark that looks like 7 cannonballs, and the maker mark of HD. I believe it is a pre 1900 piece of silver from Bergen, Norway. Was hoping someone had a reference that could possibly ID the maker. Thank you.
Anyway you can take a more focused picture of what looks like a pictorial mark at the 3 o'clock position? Also it be nice to see a photo of the entire piece. They do look like old marks to me.
The number marks (ie.`13 1/4) are supposedly marks that were used before 1890 and indicate the purity of silver.
13 /14 indicates 13 1/4 'lodig' (13 1/4/16) roughly 828/1000) which basically is just a fancy, foreign way of saying it's .828 silver. After 1890, they began using actual purity marks (ie. 830,925, etc.)

The seven dots represent the seven hills that surround the city of Bergen - they are also found on the old Bergen city silver mark, itself taken from the municipal arms.
