I got this at a rummage sale a few years ago . I tried to sell it a few times ( flea m. , yard sale , pawn shop )no luck - So I put it on Ebay today .

It's ''Mechanical Art '' by Ken Lasch of HLD Productions . Father's Day is soon , so I figured I'd list it .
