Native American bracelet hallmark help

I apologize, I have not figured out how to upload an actual image, every time I try it just adds more text.
I picked up a 1-1/2 inch wide silver cuff bracelet with a quarter size turquoise stone in the middle for $30 today. It's marked Sterling M Villanueva. Does anyone have any info on that maker ? I've looked online at Native American hallmarks and I can't find anything on it. Thanks

I think that is a Mazda hallmark.

I'm still figuring out how to load pictures so I apologize if if this doesn't work right. Here is a better shot of the designs on it. I put it on eBay for 250 bin, hopefully I'm not too far off on price.
Thank you for your advice. I've been a weekly reader for years but have been reluctant to actually post on here. I have some interesting finds over the years thanks to all of you that post on this site.
