Since screw caps will read different number depending on orientation in the ground and conductivity it will be hard to do. If you turned up disc to miss those numbers, you'd miss everything else. There is no magic setting.

What Sandman said... I was out at site over the weekend, screwcaps were hitting all over the scale. This included beer bottle caps and airline liquor bottle caps. If you run in Pro mode, you'll notice a slight difference in target response compared to good targets that in time will tell you it's a bottle cap. I still dug a lot of caps just to be sure.
