Pinpoint with 9 X 12 Concentric

Has anyone noticed whether the pinpoint is easier on the 9 X 12 concentric, than it is on the stock 8.5 X 11 DD coil? With other detectors I've had the concentric always pinpointed better, but I need some first hand experience. Thanks.

Absolutely. I prefer the concentric coil over the DD for better accuracy with ID. I put a little white dot using WHITEOUT in the center of the front inner toe, and it Pinpoints almost as good as the ProPointer. Saves a lot of time knowing where the target is and not guessing.

If you don't mind a dumb question, what's the advantage of getting the 9" x 12" concentric coil vs the standard 8" x 11" DD coil?
