CW bullet readings

I'm a new AT PRO owner, could someone who find CW bullet like 2 and 3 ringers tell me roughly what the AT PRO will read on CW bullets. I'm not sure if all detectors read about the same. I used to own a white's and it read about 45 or so on bullets I think. Hey i'm getting old and my memory don't work like it did when I was young....lol.

With my ATPro most bullets read between 65@75 BUT...... There are a lot of factors at play. I've found deep bullets with no vdi and other bullets that the vdi was really jumping. Ground conditions and other objects close by have an affect. Lead usually sounds clean and the sound is what I go by. The more experienced I get the less confidence I have in vdi. Just my 2cents.

Agreed. CW bullets are what? usually out in the woods/open fields? If i was out there i would dig everything 35+, especially if it is "tight" like a coin...

In other words if you are relic hunting i recommend digging all non- ferrous targets and some of the deeper iron signals....you may get a pleasant surprise.
