1. He is not wearing a hat for sun protection.

Hard to wear with headphones and with that babe following him around, he would look pretty goofy.

He just might be using the wrong equipment. From the sound coming from the machine he would have a better chance if he was searching for uranium. And he should turn down the volume on the headphones so that we all can't hear the sounds. It reminds me of a commercial for Quilted Northern t.p. where the women were shown using knitting needles.

Well let's see,he is using looks like a Whites coinmaster 2Db and the batteries are just to dang expensive. He doesn't have it covered for the saltwater.he isn't holding the coil close enough to the sand, plus getting frustrated when you find trash is not a good thing.Enjoy the day and have fun, especially when your hunting partner is that cute.

"Gold Digger", I like that BB! What does the "Silver Digger" version look like? Probably has silver hair?

1. He threw his detector down on the ground.
2. He was not wearing sun protection
3. He was not dressed approprietly
4. He threw his headphones down
5. Did not have a pouch to keep his finds in
6. Did not show the girl how to use it
7. Did not cover up the hole that he made in the sand! :(

That detector was short wasn't it? The two I have used were longer than his. A lot longer so I didn't have to lean down to use it.
Plus why is his made of sheet metal?
Those shorts are atrocious.
Shouldn't he still be snuggling that blonde hotty back in the hotel room?

Actually, it looks more like an old Compass or maybe a Garrett.

I've had a couple of those. Got rid of one of them in Nevada, after a 6 week stay for residency, 2 years ago. I did find a nice nugget in Spring Valley. See...things can look better gold detecting.

Looks like a beautiful day at that beach and no one is around. Maybe he needs to work on site selection. I'd take him along on a carnie cleanup and he'd fit right in with the crowd there.
