The Point of Beginning...First Surveyor's Stake Driven For The Seven Ranges

I thought these pictures might be interesting to anyone who's ever researched an old map divided in to townships with one mile square sections (640 acres). This National Historic Landmark is located about 30 miles north of me near East Liverpool,Ohio and it's the site(within 1100 feet) of where the first surveyor's stake was driven when the original Seven Ranges were established.
