Last night here in Western NY ....We knew the Snow was coming , and it did......1:00 am I stood out side and watched as the wrath of Winter destroyed all the huge trees through out this area.... :( ....The sound of cracking branches as they smashed on top of what ever lay beneath , as the snow kept falling the weight of the heavy wet snow on the leave laden trees was just to much....

This morning as I walked out side the pictures below will tell the story....I had a snow amount of 16 to 18 inches in my driveway! Beautiful landscapes battered by the weight!!! Everything snapped like twigs and what was left is now not as it was before! ........Now with over 300 Thousand people with out electricity ...they all face difficult times with sump pumps not working, furnaces for heat out and many other problems!!!

The pics will tell the tale........ A Friday the 13th that we will not forget! :(

What can I say ? I know it's no fun,no power,no nothing.I've been there a few times. Just do the best you can,and hang in there. Thoughts and prayers go out to every one there.

What a chilly post! :o

A few years ago in Kansas City, we had an "October Surprise". We got 10" of snow, the leaves hadn't fallen off the trees, and like Western New York, it was a mess! :(

Well Seek, judging by the pictures I'd say you'd better use your biggest coil and a posthole digger to retrieve the finds.

Hope this helps.
