Information on Bolin Loot

Hey,
I'm just asking around to see if anyone knows any additional information on the Alf Bolin Loot Treasure. ie; who the old man in the story was, what happened to his map, how much its worth, who owns the land its on. Any leads would be great. If anyone in the area wants to lend a hand, that'd be good too. I'll be up in the area with my friend soon.
