Yesterday I was detecting and my Fisher f75 suddenly(has happened twice before) went into overload mode. Other times it went away, but this time it hasn't stopped. I changed the batteries, unplugged the coil, reset it. Everything I know to try to fix the problem. Only when I set the sensitivity below 30 it stops. Obviously something is wrong, but I was just wondering if it was a bad coil or possibly internal? And wondering if this has happened to any other F75 users and if you were able to fix the problem on your own.

If you have a coil cover check to make sure there is nothing stuck between it and the coil.
