went to two different playgrounds in lebanon today one a block from my house seen remnants at both places of a mulch serpant what i mean is a coin shooter who only looks for easy finds and that is not the problem all his holes were not covered in some were 6-8 inches dep where a child could break a leg this is why mders get banned from public property it looked like a mind field what a jerk

fetz

p.s. some people just do not belong in this hoby and any trash was laying beside the craters

Fetz,

you find them all over >:(

Perhaps someday, md'ers will all
be outlaws and detecting where it
is not allowed.

One by one areas are being put off
limits because of your serpant.

have a good un...........

You're right Sherman - I've seen 'em here in KY, mostly parks, playgrounds and school yards....just a matter of time.

Hi Fetz.

I say you can Blame Wallmart for that ;)

Was waiting for your Call last weekend.

Only place I got was Bethel on Sunday, I think. (my Memory sucks.
:-\ ) High Winds & Rain this weekend.
But at least 64 this morning already.

Common sense tells you to cover your holes, leave the place the way you found it. What if it was their child or them getting hurt by the fall from the holes that they left. They give the hobby a bad name for all of us. >:(

I wonder what would happen if that guy was contfronted by five or six MDers with their detectors? No violence just a friendly intervention where it is made very clear that this guy is viewed as a threat and he gets a free lesson on covering his dangerous holes and a free lesson on picking up trash. If one of those guys was a cop that would even be better.

Wonder what's K-Mart's return policy?

I just hate to see government try to solve problems; they're not very good at it!

In that case This guy really needs to be Talked to.

He's not only Spoiling it for himself, but for everyone else.

Maby next time walk over, Introduce yourself.
and say something like.

"I noticed some A'$%# must have been here a couple weeks ago.
Holes everywhere. I told the cop the other day, not All of us are like that. and to Keep an Eye".
