my daughter bought a bounty hunter pioneer 505 for me. what could i maybe expect to find? i dont know what quality it is. i live outside of heath springs sc. in the country. a couple of years ago there was two different clubs came to me and asked if they could go over my fields. they came up with a small buckle that could have come from the rev. era. they didnt stay to long because it was to hot that day. thanks for any feed back.

chances are good
the loop has to go over it and has to go down and touch it
then you have to put the two too gather in what your detector is telling you
and dig.

You can find most anything with that machine.
What you might want to do first is drop different coins on the ground and see how each one sounds in your headphones.
Other than that, just play with it and dig. :icon_thumleft:
