If I want or need waterproof gloves, I'll just buy a pack at Wally. Why waste time coating my good gloves in some chemical goop I probably don't want touching my skin.

Although it is a cool video. Wonder if I could coat my truck in that?

Truffle seeking pig modified for metal.

The results have been so-so

When the pig fails me (which is often), I am relegated to a CTX3030 *sigh*. Like the dark ages or something.

Very neat.

My only question is, how long will the stuff last between applications? If it would make it 3 or 4 months, then I would jump all over it.

I'm betting it wears off rather quickly.

From Amazon for every thing you need for 1qt you would spend $204 if you area prime member then shipping is free. So you have to spray the bottom then the top so basically you end up with 2qts overall since each part is 1qt.

Pretty interesting video, but I would think that product might be a silicon based material. Silicon has been known to be cancerous.

I use regular gloves and if I want to keep them dry, I don't go out in the rain and avoid all liquids :tongue3:

Bottom coat $63 Top coat $106 a little sprayer for each $35. So total was $204, that is a little rich for my blood, I can replace many gloves and boots for that.
