Thanks to another forum here i got the idea of thrift store hunting. I bought 3 items, 2 necklaces i thought were gold, one turned out to be brass
newb mistake it didnt have a mark on it but appeared to be gold oh well lol, and another newb mistake was the other "gold" rope looking chain, it says 1/20 12k, i thought it was worth more than the dollar i paid for it, turns out im learning by mistakes. The silver bracelet was a good score, its Tiffany and Co. .925 silver! I paid $10 for the 3 of them and traded for the 2 halfs you see here 1909S barber and 1952 franklin, the coin shop guy is pretty cool, he gave my son the 1850 seated dime for nothing. He said he just likes to see a kid with a passion for coin collecting! nice guy
