need help

A friend of mine found thos coin while metal detecting but we are not sure the date of if it is in fact a coin neither the country any help will be appreciated. Thanks tnet

Not sure what it is other than a KEEPER!. Where you are, it could be a coin from anywhere in the world. Any writing on it? What language?

I'm in florida i told him to try to clean it with aome water only to see if reveals some writing and a better picture we'll see
