We have had an extremely mild winter until two weeks ago in Denver, Co. Have had some 70 degree days, but now we are getting our share of the white stuff. Our record in Denver for snow in February is something like 22", and if the forecast is right for tomorrow and Thursday, we will have the snowiest February ever. I know 22" doesn't sound like a lot to those in the northeast, but it sure is putting a crimp in my dirt fishin!

We rarely get any snow down here, and when it does, it creates a big problem. We don't have enough equipment down here to keep the roads clear. The weather forecast here is for more on Thu.

The good thing about snow is that when it melts it leaves the ground nice and juicy, perfect for deep detecting. So you are welcome for the gift.

Are you sure you want in on this, cause we'd be more than happy to send the next snowfall somewhere else....we've had enough of the white stuff....for a long, long time!
