Two things. First I want to apologize for the poor pics. Taken with my tablet on this dreary day.
Second. I tried to post this earlier, but this darn tablet wont let me post all the pics at one time. So it looks like I will have to make several posts to show all the pics. Sorry.

Its made from tongue and groove pine boards. It has a safety glass top.

It has 3 drawers, the top one is for the display, the lower 2 are for storage. They each hold 4 of those plastic tupperware like shoeboxes.

The display drawer is about 3" deep and divided into compartments. I have different thickness's of styrofoam in each compartment to make them different depths. The foam is covered with black velvet.

Good job guy.... You should be proud of it. I'm working on a new toy box order with a "Batman" theme now. "The Joker" profile is painted on front with batman emblems on the ends.

But nice work especially on the display drawer! :occasion14:

Excellent work ! I took the cheap & easy way out with mine but I'm not much of a carpenter either. Bought an old coffee table at a garage sale that had 2 drawers in it. Kept just the drawer fronts and hinged them and installed locks. Cut the top open with a router, dropped in a piece of heavy thick glass and made a bottom that I covered with some Civil War themed fabric. It works but yours is outstanding.

That there is some pretty good work! You too NHBandit. I'm lucky to glue 2 pieces of wood together.

Very nice display piece!

About the only thing I would glue together trying to make something would be my fingers!
