E-Trac/X1 Probe, Whites 6000 XL pro, Ace 250,
I will soon be upgrading from my 6000 PRO XL, will never get rid of it, will be my back up. I was pretty set on get a DFX but after reading some field comparisons, it looks like the SE gets deaper on old silver in mineralized soil. Question is I live in CA. Motherload area lots of changing soil conditions, when your spending top dollar, I want to make the right choice on machine. I'am pretty quick on learning curves, I'am sure I would learn quick on either machine. which Machine would you recommend?
Thanks; John

John, the SE will be better for your area, but not everyone adjusts to the way it works. It is very much advanced over your back up detector. Oh, it is deeper too and lighter weight, a big plus when the old arm gets tired. This would be a hard choice for many to make with the costs involved.
