It most certainly means there is a treasure there. Get started digging! And don't worry if your detector doesn't get a signal there first, because that only means it's deeper than the detector can reach too. And once you've hit 2 meters (6.5 ft) and haven't found it: Not to worry. That only means it must be 4 meters (13+ ft) deep. Keep digging!
