This is what my desk looks like after a day of hunting. I am sure yours looks the same. That and dirt always under the finger nails.

I see you find the half-horseshoes also or are they oxen shoes? I actually find many more 1/2 shoes then whole ones and I always wonder why....?

I find alot of half shoes. I think many more wore in two than were thrown off whole.

Now I know next to nothing about horses I admit. So if that's true it's obvious the "weak" point of it's gait on shoes is front center..... right?

I'm not a cowboy ether but that's what I'd say. It would be like your toes digin in when you run. Makes sense to me.

Something like that, just add alot more trash, thats what mine would look like.
And maybe some streaks of sweat on a dirty face.
