Stake out a few goats and your greenery will get cleared out soon. We used goats to clear a Kudzu patch from our BW fence when we were in the country. Untrained and staked are a lot cheaper than those SLACKERS that Limitool rents.

Don't bother getting a goat, you will only become attached to it, then you'll start your own herd, ending up as a goat herder.

Just spread the story of the old man that owned the place before you, and how he would bury his money somewhere along that old fence line. It will get cleared in no time flat. You may even charge them to look for it.
