All the trails and monuments I have found are on public land , don't want to trespass lol

Yeah, trespassing would be breaking the law. But .... uh... wait a second: To be noble and "break no laws" would therefore also require you to be in compliance with cultural heritage laws. So you loose either way (assuming something of value is there).

Not sure which exact entity (state, fed, county, or city) that you are referring to: But when the "spanish treasure" comes spilling out, you'd then probably be running afoul of cultural heritage issues. Thus : Pick which laws you want to break :laughing7:
