I didn't start detecting until I was 20.
That was in 1970. It has been keeping me young ever since. Bless you young man and stay with it.

It all started with my generation and giving everyone trophies for doing nothing but showing up. I'm 30 now and really seeing the effects of this on the majority of kids.
