Been working alot of overtime for the past 9 weeks but have slipped down to 331. Highest I ever was was 385 and was 375 around Christmas. Slow and steady finishes the race. Best of all the physical I took for work had my blood pressure normal. Doctor could not believe it.

Good job, Jackalope. And good job on the blood pressure, scott9050. I have a little trouble with that, but I think it's mostly caused by the people I supervise.

That is great. One time my Dr. Took my blood pressure and shook his head... I asked him what was wrong?? He said being a fat add like you are you shouldn't have such good blood pressure.. loved that guy

22nd 264.8 A huge amount of exercise yesterday. Went on a 12 mile hike. Ate horrible in the first part of the week. I literally Had a couple milk shakes, burgers and fries and so on Monday through Wednesday. I have done this in the past where I will spend 3 or 4 days overloading on calories to jump start my metabolism. Everytime it has kicked my weightloss back up.
