Was surprised today when a guy pulled out this chunk of rock and asked me if it was gold or not. I immediately told him no, that it was Fool's gold but I would acid test it so that he would know for sure. The acid test proved it even more so but it was very hard to a knife blade and color was wrong as well. I explained that gold was not normally found in a crystal form either. Then he pulled out a 1898 silver dollar which of course excited me. Then he grinned and told me that he had bought it off a guy the other day. it did feel pretty good to feel it sitting in my hand....one day I hope. DL

Wouldn’t have been cool if his rock was gilded with real gold and he would have said mani found it just 30minutes from here there’s more..LOL
