Glad you got in and look forward to seeing your finds BH.
I've thought about signing up but the price seems a little steep too me. I've been fortunate enough to locate a few good sites here in VA that only cost me a little effort. Not saying that I'll never do DIV, just not now.

i am hoping that this will be kind of like my experience fishing, I remember my grandpa took me to a trout pond to make sure I caught something so later on when we went big boy fishing I wouldn’t give up when something hasn’t bitten is a bit and the anticipation of the catch would keep me going. And give me an opportunity to network with some MDs who will take pity on me, like so many members here on t-net
