I’ve been on an extended hiatus from detecting for a few reasons. I’m going to start getting out this fall for about the first time in about 4 years. What technology have I missed out on? It looks like a lot of new machines have come out and this wireless tech seems to have taken off. I’m seriously behind the times. I use an F-75, which I thought was great last time I used it. I just picked up the Tesoro Mojave because I love Tesoro. Any new detectors you guys recommend? I like relic and coin hunting in the woods. That new Minelab looks pretty sweet.

Thanks, Ian

Hello Saginawlan,

Welcome back...looks like you have some nice machines that will find the goodies.

You could look into the Minelab Equinox 600/800 or the Deus and of of its new coils...etc.

Take your time and enjoy the journey.
