OBX Metal Detecting trip, NY to PA,VA and MD metal detecting info

Hi Diggers,

My wife and myself are heading out soon to Outer Banks for a week of beach metal detecting.
I am planning on leaving early and trying to find some places to swing in Pennsylvania,
Virginia and Maryland.
I am looking up the state rules/rags but again most are some what vague.
If anyone knows of some places that permit detecting please let me know.
Also I have no problem social distancing well detecting so I would love to
meet some of you guys and girls out there too.
