Hello all,
I was wondering if I could get some feedback on experience with wired and wireless headphones. I am new, and started strictly wireless with the Garrett AT Max, and then the Equinox 800. Garrett incorporates the carrot into their technology as well.
The Minelab has a module that i plug my earbuds into and that is great in hot weather.
My detecting buddy here is old school and swears I’m missing targets with my wireless setups, even though I’ve found many a coin in areas he’s detected repeatedly. He has a Garrett AT Pro which he loves and swears by.

Are there delays noticed? Are there items missed with wireless? Any experience is welcome, thanks much!

Wired definitely sounds better. Wireless is just so damn handy and tangle free.

They have such better, low latency wireless technology now, I personally find it to to be a no brainer to use wireless. I can't dispute that "hairline" of difference with wired phones, but overall, in this hobby...it is over hyped. jm2c
