Just a LITTLE bit out of my price range. There are over 1,400 of them unaccounted for? Another reason to dig those aluminum can targets!

"And so the population was gradually led into the demoralising temptations of arcades, baths, and sumptuous banquets. The unsuspecting Britons spoke of such novelties as 'civilisation', when in fact they were only a feature of their enslavement." Tacitus, Roman Senator and Historian, written AD 98.

The Bald Eagle photo...he/she posed for me, gave me it's best American look. I felt privileged to get the shot.

The real reason they stopped making them in 1804 was the fact that the value of the silver in the coin had exceeded the face value and the coins were getting melted as fast as they made them. This was also the case for gold coins dated 1795-1804. They stopped making the $10 gold eagle at the same time. Gary
