info needed--Vibra-Tector 730

I am trying to find out if this unit is worth the purchase. Kathy saw if as I was surfing another site and thought she might like it. If anyone has one or has had the chance to use one please let me know what you think of it.

If she is into Diving or sitting down (& Crawling) to Detect it may be Fine
For a Good Starter.

It's pulse so Depth would be OK.

These are just Personal Observations from What I see & My Minimum Knowledge
of Pulse detectors.

As far as Kellyco. I would call & Explain to them
What type of detecting she plans on doing
before Buying.

Sorry I did not get back to this sooner, but I guess work has to be
put first if I want to be able to afford to play.

We were looking at this unit because as Jeff had commented on
sitting down or crawling. Kathy loves to be out with me but she tires
quickly and then she will find a spot and sit there for a while. Several
times she has made the comment she wishes she had a small md. to
just check the area within her reach.
She enjoys digging for the finds so I will do the searching and mark
the spot then she will follow behind and recover the item. I was
wondering if this md. would help her to better pinpoint deeper finds
that I marked for her to dig.

Jeff - you mentioned the soil here. Are you referring to the coal in
Schuylkill county or the clay in Berks county.

I was also thinking of it might be a good md. for those local
swimming holes in some of the smaller creeks and streams. I am not
a diver but I do know of some spots that were used by many
youngsters where the water is only 3-4 feet deep.

I know the saying is you get what you pay for.
Or
It is only worth what you pay.
This is not an expensive md. I am just trying to find out what some
others thought of it or if someone else has one and what they think.
