Will be in RI, MA, VA and PA next week. Looking for some guidance.

My wife is in the military and she will be working in Providence RI on 20 July, Fort Devens MA on 21 July, Fort Belvoir VA on 22 July and Carlisle Barracks PA on 25 July. I will be detecting everyday and I am wondering if it's legal to hunt in the city parks as well as the military installations. Also wondering if anybody would be willing to show a Wisconsinite around. Thank You. PJ
