Tioga and Potter county, PA

Where are some of the most promising places to search in these two counties? Do you know of any specific places in the ghost towns of the area to look?

Hey Fish & Hunt,
I just happen to be researching ghost towns in Potter and Tioga County, try these places out by searching on the net: Betula & Norwich, Gardeau, Landrus, Oleana, Hulls, Fallbrook...that ought to be enough to get you started...I'm already working out topo locations and airial photos on these places, have already been to some of them and have found quite a few basement holes to explore in the spring...potter poker

betula and norwich are in mckean co and garduea is in cameron co. thats probably why u cant find it in potter co and definitely not in tioga co. just thought id clear that up 4 ya.

You can't dig at Norwich anymore since it is on State Game Lands. Big brother in Harrisburg put a stop to digging on their property a few years ago. I dug quite a few bottles from Norwich in the early 70's.
