I am from the NW Wisconsin area. There is a dam located near Amery. A couple of years back my daughter and her friend were tubing next to it. Her friends shoe fell off. Upon trying to get it back they dived under water. Anyway they reported some golden reflections from a black dirt bank. I thought it was nothing at the time, but now I have seen from this web that there is gold found in Wisconsin. However I have not tried to get any samples due to my being disabled. Is there anyone here who would be willing to look into this?? If we do discover gold we could spilt the profits 50/50.
