Help! On the Tnet, a year ago... maybe two, someone posted a public site (maybe BLM) that showed a map of active claims. I had it on the favorites but it isn't there anymore. Can someone refresh my memory so I can use the site? Tnx. TTC

Well, not really a map. This is the official and I believe up to date within a week BLM lr 2000 system. You can find active claims or inactive back about 20 years. You can search by township or section. You must know which survey is used for the location. Some states have several surveys. It may be a bit tricky and you may have to enable popups.

I've been scanning my collection of Old Maps and posting them on my site.
The maps show property owner's names, mining claims, parks, schools, etc.
Use 'em if you can!
