Northern nevada prospecting areas?

Hi everyone my names Jesus I'm from Reno and I recently started doing a little gold prospecting and I would like to know of good areas around northern Nevada to do a little prospecting with the family. I would really appreciate the help.

I also used google and researched this area before I started, watched youtube vids, called BLM and FS and Parks.

Comstock Prospectors in Reno is a old established club full of folks with claims,meetings,outings and lotza retrired folks with nuttn' better to do than teach you what to do....but most importantly what NOT to do-there is a quite new mining shop opened too I've been told..John
