OK, I had to poke a little fun at us prospectors. I filmed a little short up at San Gabriel East Fork. Found a little gold while showing the actor how to pan. Hope you like it.

Thanks everyone. I wasted a good prospecting day but it was worth it for the laughs. Here is the poster I made for it.

PayDirtX the video was entertaining, I had to laugh. Hope that once I get out looking I am rewarded, hell I would take a gold crown. Thanks again for the cute video.

Trinityau recommended your video to me, and I am very glad he did. It was great! East Fork of the San Gabriel was where I got my first home made sluice box wet back in the 1950s. I nagged my father ( Thanks, Pop!) into helping me put it together with scrap lumber. We found no gold, but did recover in our riffles made of wood tiny balls of mercury left behind from the depression era miners.
