No dredging in Cali.Huge fines and jail time.
That's right Charlie, But dredging is not High banking.
High Banking is on shore, and digging in the banks above the river and uses a motorized pump to flush the sluice mounted on a stand, not in the water.
Now using a pump in some areas isn't allowed, Like at EF above the Cattle Creek bridge no motorized mining allowed.
Also some areas that allow High Bankers requires High bankers to have a settling ponds before the water returns to the river to reduce Turbidity of the water.
They Don't want us to help the economy by adding new money to it in the form of gold.

im trying undersatnd highbanking isnt the gold in water or very close too it, i have looked at peoples clames and where there at and there not even close to water, why is that and why claim a spot there so far from water source?
