I did some sluicing and drywashing there I found a little, but I was new to the quest then , back in the early 1990s.

So with that place like so many.I like to work contact layers.I tend to pick any kind of slow spot and sample for the pockets.always seems like you have to move alot of burden.typically the best contact is bedrock but if you find a good clay layer its often worth the effort to work.also I dont waste my time digging unless I hit hardpack within a couple feet.expect to get bothered by the blm.but dont let them bully you off the place.public land is still public
