Old Placer County Plat Maps

This is probably online, But original maps from turn of the Century are so much more fun ....

Not very busy today at work, So I started poking around in our "back-plant" and found the record of survey maps for the M.D.B&M. from 1914.....Kind of cool....little bit of going through old dusty pages & I was able to find Iowa Hill, Yankee Jim's / Shirtail, etc....Thought I'd post a pic or two.....

AL thanks for sharing these. I think if I had that kind of reading material around at work I wouldn't get much work done. Like the Wolverine Canyon. Gonna see if I can find more on that.

Do you have maps for Mormon Inland area or auburn- Folsom rd. from 1914 or before that. That you could post when you are not busy working. Old Marps are so cool. Thanks for posting them.
