Hey everyone, its been a quite a while since I've made a post on TNet and I didn't make it out to do any prospecting today so I decided to make a post of some nugs I found recently. Anyone want to guess how much the first 3 weigh? :laughing7: They're in order of weight heaviest on the left side. Not sure what the 2 little ones are pretty sure they're under a gram. The biggest one was found with my detector and the smaller ones were found gravity dredging. :tongue3: I'll try posting more often.

I'm in CA as well haha. I just go in very secluded areas where nobody goes and a gravity dredge is silent so nobody can hear you working.

Here's the weights. First starting on the left is 5 grams, second is 2.1 third is 1.5. I think you guys guessed pretty darn close for the smallest ones. .8 is probably what the 2nd smallest is 0.4 for the smallest.

Thanks everyone! I'll be going on a solo river trip soon too so I'll try for some sniping videos. It's a new area I haven't gone to very much but I tried sluicing in the area last year and got close to a few grams for half a day. Nothing chunky but seems good. One heck of a hike though when I got out I swore I'd never go back but looking at some pics I took while I was down there the bedrock is just too tempting! Lol

Sniping trip tomorrow =] hopefully going to get some videos. AND GOLD!! Either way I'll be sore at the end of the day.. Scaling down cliffs and such. The outcome of this trip will determine wether I go back to this location I scouted out last year as it's a pain to get to. Was decent sluicing we'll see how it is for sniping! Will try to make a post tomorrow night.
